Nailsa keeps only the information needed to manage appointments and provide a more personal service. This version is a UI preview and does not yet store submitted data.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, bookings, service preferences, appointment notes, payment status and marketing choice. We do not collect information that is not useful for providing the service.

Who can see it

Customers can only access their own profile and bookings. The salon administrator can access business records needed to provide appointments, support customers and understand business performance.

Marketing consent

Appointment confirmations and service messages are necessary. Promotional messages are separate and will only be sent when you have actively opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How data is protected

The production system will use secure authentication, role-based database access and encrypted payment processing. Payment card details will be handled by Stripe and not stored by the salon.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to any records the salon must retain for legal or accounting purposes. You can also request a portable copy of your information.
